1. Services

2zmoon ("we", "us", "our") provides boutique marketing services on a subscription basis through the website 2zmoon.space. Services include but are not limited to: content creation and social media management, paid advertising management, SEO optimization, email marketing, graphic design, and analytics reporting.

The specific scope of services available to you depends on the subscription plan selected (Starter, Growth, or Scale).

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Plan Selection

You may choose from the following plans:

• Starter (€990/month) — 1 active task at a time, content for 1 social network, basic SEO, monthly report
• Growth (€1,990/month) — unlimited task queue, content for 3 networks, targeted advertising, up to 5 design requests/month, weekly reports, dedicated account manager
• Scale (€3,490/month) — everything in Growth, 2 parallel tasks, full ad management, unlimited design, BI dashboards, 2× strategy sessions/month, personal CMO

2.2 Annual Plans

Annual plans are available at a 20% discount. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year.

3. Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly (or annually for annual plans) in advance
• Payment is processed via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards
• All prices are in Euros (€) and exclusive of applicable taxes
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction
• Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to services until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months on monthly plans.

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

5. Pause Policy

You may pause your subscription once per billing cycle for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks. During a pause, you will not be billed, and unused time carries over to your next active cycle. To pause, contact us at [email protected].

6. Service Delivery

• Tasks are processed in the order submitted, unless you reprioritize via your task tracker
• Standard delivery time is 24–72 hours for most tasks; complex deliverables may take up to 5 business days
• We operate Monday through Friday; tasks submitted on weekends enter the queue on Monday
• Unlimited revisions are included until you are satisfied with the deliverable
• We reserve the right to decline tasks that are illegal, unethical, or outside our scope of services

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, you agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals (delays may affect delivery timelines)
• Supply necessary assets, brand guidelines, and account access as requested
• Ensure that any content or materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights
• Use the services only for lawful purposes

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all creative work produced exclusively for you becomes your property. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

We retain ownership of all tools, templates, frameworks, and methodologies developed independently of your engagement.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, strategies, or proprietary data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver services (e.g., sharing briefs with team members).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2zmoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee specific marketing results. Performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, advertising platform policies, and audience behavior.

11. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with 30 days' notice. We may update pricing with 30 days' notice; changes will not affect your current billing period.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your subscription immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to our business or other clients.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
